NAVAL AGREEMENT IN FORCE
(BRITISH OTTICIXZ. WIBELESS.) (Received November 13, 11.45 a.m.) RUGBY, November 12. The arrangement concluded at the Paris Conference of naval experts in September, by which the Italian Navy is associated with the British and French Navies in the anti-piracy patrol in the Mediterranean was put into force yesterday.
