SECRET MANIFESTO ISSUED
ARABS URGED TO STAND FIRM
f JERUSALEM, November 13.
A secret manifesto protesting against British interference f in Moslem affairs is being circulated among Arabs by the New Arab Higher Committee. It urges Arabs to stand firm in the battle against Imperialism.
A land mine exploded on the Jaffa bridge, on the Jerusalem road, just after a British patrol-car had passed.
