INQUIRY INTO TRAIN ACCIDENT

The cause of the head-on train collision at the Auckland railway yard on Thursday night was investigated at a departmental inquiry at Auckland to-day. The inquiry was not open to the newspapers, but it is likely that the findings will be published later.
