DIESEL-ENGINED TRAINS IN GERMANY
(Received November 9, 12.45 a.m.) BERLIN, November 7. The Diesel-engined expresses which, it was announced some weeks ago, had been withdrawn, have been replaced in service. It is stated that the high speeds placed an unusual strain on the axles, which had to be tested and renewed.
