Leander. who were ! drowned when a cutter capsized in ithe harbour on September 30. Fortes.. I who was 23 years of age c *™ e H S I Strabane, Northern Ireland. The bodies !of the two other ratings who were I drowned when the cutter | were discovered at intervals somejima [after the tragedy.
