WOMEN’S TEMPERANCE UNION
RICCARTON BRANCH
A special meeting of the Riccarton branch of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union was held at the home of Mrs C. W. Barrel!. Mrs Gundy, delegate to the district convention held at Waimate, gave an interesting report of the convention.
Songs were sung by Mesdames Lee and Sherris, Mrs Andrews being the accompanist. The president reminded members that next meeting would be “crade roll” day.
