A’SAILING
We are going a’sailing, a’sailing on the sea. Our dog Jock, Molly, and me. With a sea so calm and a sky so blue Wouldn’t you like to go a’sailing too? Good-bye now, we’re off right away, We are just going round to the next little bay. Tell mother we’ll be back to tea, In our fine little boat, Jock, Molly, and me. —LORNA STACKHOUSE, A.B. (aged 9), Middleton.
