BULGARIAN KING'S VISIT
"MATTER OF IMPORTANCE IN EUROPEAN AFFAIRS"
(Received November 2, 9 p.m.) LONDON. November 2. During his visit to London, Kir.s; Boris, of Bulgaria, will have meetings with various British statesmen. Commenting on the visit, 'The Times' 2 says: "Though the visit of the King and Queen of Bulgaria is unofficial, it is a matter of importance that a Sovereign of high character and swift, as well as solid, intelligence, should be visiting this country during the present anxious period in. the fortunes of Europe."*
