VANDALISM ON A FARM
TO THE EDITOB OF THE PBESS. Sir, —I wish to draw attention to wilful damage done on my property yesterday, Sunday afternoon. A man and a woman walked up the zigzag cutting and commenced rolling boulders down the steep face.» They might have killed ewes and lambs and also anybody walking under the hill; the man picked up the biggest rock he could find and rolled it down and broke my dip to pieces. If I had had a .303 handy I might have stopped him, because he must be wanting in brains. —Yours, etc., A. W. URQUHART. Mount Hutt, November 1, 1937.
