MAORI ACQUITTED OP SERIOUS OFFENCES
(rRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) GISBORNE, November 2. In the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Ostler, a young Maori named Paratene Hokcmaru was charged with attempted criminal assault and indecent assault. He was found not guilty and was discharged.
