REFORM OF LEAGUE COVENANT
« MR JORDAN'S SUGGESTION ADOPTED SEPARATION FROM TREATY OF VERSAILLES (Received September 13, 12.45 a.m.) GENEVA September 12. At the suggestion of Mr W. J. Jordan, the New Zealand delegate, the committee set up to investigate proposals for the reform of the League of Nations Covenant, established a sub-committee of experts to submit proposals for separating the Covenant from the Treaty of Versailles.
