SPRINGBOKS TO PLAY OTAGO TODAY GROUND IN GOOD ORDER HARRIS SUFFERS LEG INJURY (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, September 10. The Springboks' team for to-morrow did not practise to-day, but those disengaged had a run at Carisbrook. The ground is in splendid order and if the weather holds as at present it will be very fast. Up to noon, the total bookings in the main stand, excluding big reservations for clubs and officials, were 1100. Harris, the Springbok fly-half, ha. pulled a leg muscle. He had a run for 'tne first time since the test this morning. He will not be available for the Hawke's Bay match, but may have recovered to be able to play in the third test. Green. N.Z. PLAYERS FOR THIRD TEST TEAM TO ASSEMBLE EARLIER THAN PREVIOUSLY (PBESB ASSOCIATIOM TILIQBAV.) WELLINGTON, September 10. The New Zealand players required for the third test with the Springboks are to assemble earlier than they did for the first and second tests. The New Zealand Rugby Union's executive has decided that all selected players are to be in Auckland on the Monday before the match, those from the south travelling north by the Limited express from Wellington on the Sunday night. The players are to train at Takapuna. Messrs J. T. Burrows and W J Wallace have been appointed official representatives with the team, acting in managerial and coaching capacities. ASSOCIATION PLAYERS FOR TRAINING MATCH AGAINST WESTLAND The Canterbury team to play Westland at English Park next Saturday, September 18, will be selected from the undermentioned players, who are requested to be in attendance at English Park for practice to-morrow (Sunday), at 10.30 a.m.:—L.
