SOCIAL AND PERSONAL Miss Agnes Hassell ("Carshalton," North street) is visiting Mrs Duncan Rutherford (Leslie Hills, North Canterbury ). Mrs E. J. Taylor (Pleasant Point), who has been on a visit to Sydney and Melbourne, has returned home. Mrs W. S. Blaikie (Sealy street) is visiting Dunedin. Mrs A. C. Stephens (Dunedin), who is visiting her mother, Mrs C. Bowker (Sarah street), will return to-day. Mrs M. Whatman (Christchurch) is staying with her mother, Mrs G. J. Wallace (Albert street).
