INFANTILE PARALYSIS EPIDEMIC
TWO ADULT CASES REPORTED AT MELBOURNE MELBOURNE. August 9. Since Saturday there have been 10 more cases of infantile paralysis, including two adults, a doctor, aged 39, and a man, aged 28. Another child died to-day, making the total deaths now seven. The total of reported cases is 68. A son of the doctor is already suffering from the disease. No more country cases have been notified, but nearly all the suburbs are now affected. -
