Because of a doubt which exists about the exact time of the arrival at Auckland of the liner Mataroa, detailed arrangements have not yet been completed for the welcome to be given to the Minister for Finance, the Hon. W. Nash, who is returning by the vessel from his trade mission abroad. The arrival of Mr Nash will also mark the occasion of the first visit to Auckland by the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J.
