STREET CLOSED The top portion of Oxford street, from opposite the cemetery entrance to Days road, has been fenced off by the Borough Council, and m future will be closed to all but pedestrian traffic. The road has .never been formed, a footway being the only track, and the council recently decided that the steepness of the grade precluded the construction OI a vehicular roadway.
