* NEGOTIATIONS DENIED BRITAIN (Received June 3, 1.45 p-m.) RUGBY". June 2. In answer to a question in the House of Commons, the Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eien) said that no negotiations had been sought or taking place between Britain and Italy on the question of the exchange of territory in Abyssinia.
