FAKIR OF IPI SEEKING PEACE
—:—* MESSENGERS SENT BY TRIBE (Received June*2, 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 1. The Simla correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that messengers from the Fakir of Ipi, seeking peace, arrived from all sections <•' the Tori Khei tribe. The Fakir of Ipi previously had been inciting tribesmen to acts of lawlessness against the British Government.
