dairy factory workers (PBES3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, June 2. No agreement on wages and hours could be reached in Conciliation Council proceedings in the case of the New Zealand Dairy Factory and Related Employees’ Industrial Union oi Workers, who sought a Dominion a 'rhe'employees, after considering the employers’ offer of approximately 10 per cent, increase in wages under certain provisions, decided to refer matters to the Arbitration Court.
