KING'S BIRTHDAY HOLIDAY
The Railway Department in this issue advertises particulars of train arrangements and cheap fares for the Addington stock market on Tuesday, June 8. the Otira excursion and Ashburton races on the King's Birthday holiday, Wednesday, June 9. For the Ashburton races, two fast passenger trains have been arranged leaving Christchurch at 8.43 a.m., and 8.55 a.m.
