• There was a • decrease of seven in the number of vessels entering the port of Greymouth during the-month just ended, compared with the corresponding period of last year. In April this year, 21 vessels, aggregating 11,269 tons, entered the port, compared with 28 vessels (12,455 tons) in April last year. There were 21 departures (10,731 tons) during the month, compared with 27 (10,120 tons) In April, 1936. SOUTH AFRICA FROM SAN PEDRO The tanker South Africa was expected to leave* San Pedro yesterday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on May 23.
