UNVEILING AT WELLINGTON BARRACKS LONDON, April 20. Crowds watched the King drive to Wellington Barracks where he unveiled the first public memorial to King George V, completing the mosaic decoration in the Guards' Chapel. The fund was subscribed to by all ranks, past and present, of the Brigade of Guards.
