(BRITISH OFFICIAL WIBELESS.) RUGBY, March 9. An offer by Lord Nuffield to give £50,000 for the formation of a Sea Cadet Corps, provided another £IOO,OOO was raised by the Navy League, was announced by the Lord Mayor (Sir George Broadbridge).
