LORD NUFFIELD'S GIFT TO QUEENSLAND
£25,000 TO HOSPITALS AND CHARITIES
(Received February 14, 7.28 p.m.) BRISBANE, February 13. Lord Nuffield has announced that he is giving £25,000 to Queensland hospitals and charities. \
N.S.W. GOVERNMENT TO SUBSIDISE GIFT SYDNEY, February 13. The State Government has decided to supplement Lord Nuffield's gift of £26,000 to New South Wales hospitals on a £1 for £1 basis.
