FENDER'S COMMENT ON TEST (Received January 31, 7.30 pan.) LONDON, January 30. P. G. H. Fender, in a broadcast on the cricket test, said: "I am not prepared to prophesy the result. I think England needs at least 400 before I shall feel comfortable."
