AVON CLUB HEAD OF THE RIVER FINAL SERIES OF RACES By winning three of the five events on Saturday, the Avon Rowing Club became head of the river for the season, the club having a margin of six points over its neareit rival, Union. Saturday's events m a fresh north-westerly breeze were all over a half-mile course, and Ce was some very good racing.
