MESSAGES FROM CONAN DOYLE
TO THIS EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, —Every time I read the numerous articles written by Mr Peter Trolove and Mr Lovell-Smith, I feel I ought not to leave it all to them and that I ought also to verify their statements. Although I have not. as yet, met these two brave gentlemen, 1 can
honestly and earnestly say that every word they have said is Gospel truth. I, as well as my family, have had many like experiences with the direct voice, and there "are also many wellknown Christchurch residents (holdfrig some of the city’s most important positions) who likewise have had similar experiences, for in Christchurch we have the divine privilege of having the world’s best direct voice medium—just a humble man who, with the help of his wife, is doing his best to help those who are mentally and spiritually ready, and who take the bother to seek knowledge. My advice to those desiring knowledge is to seek it through “the open door.” or there is an “open door” in Christchurch —the world’s best—through which such famous personalities as Conan Doyle, our late beloved King George, Prime Minister Massey, and hundreds of others, far too numerous to mention, have spoken. “Seek and ye shall find.” I shall be glad to give any genuine seeker the name and address of the medium mentioned. — Yours, etc.. W. M. SCHAARE. Hanmer Springs, January 28, 1937.
TO THE EDITOR OK THE PRESS.
Sir,—Thanks to E. M. Lovell-Smith for the summary of his belief. In the near future I shall use it to show the ways of God in sending the “strong delusion.” . This I shall do in. the "name of the L,ord. and all the demons of hell will find it impossible to stop me, for I “resist the devil.” and he has to clear out like a dog tailpined.—Yours, etc., EGLON SERCOMBE.
