In moving the second reading of the Aliens Bill in the Union House Assembly, the Minister for the Interior (Mr Stuttaford) said: "Steps .must be taken to- prevent unwanted citizens who are disapproved of by various dictators from upsetting the balance of our small 2,000,000 European population."
