. * BELGIAN SYNDICATE GRANTS LOAN OP £3,000,000 (Received January 13, 5.5 p.m.) NANKING, January 12. The Ministry for Railways has concluded an agreement with a Belgian syndicate for a nine years’ loan of £3,000,000 at 6 per cent., for raildevelopment.
