BRITISH OFFICERS TO REPAY A VISIT (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) I RUGBY, January 11. The Air Ministry announces that, in response to an invitation from the German Air Ministry at the beginI ning of December, a small party [of Royal Air Force officers will pay a visit to the German Air Force. The party will consist of Air Vice-Mar-shals C. L. Courtney and D. C. S. Evill, and Wing-Commander M. Moore, and will travel to Berlin by air on January 17, returning five or six days later. General Milch and General Kitzinger, of the German Air Ministry, visited Britain last year.
