NEW YORK, January 10,
Mr Emanuel Celler, chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives, in a radio address said: “The Supreme Court must be made to follow election returns. If the court again rejects our legislation there will be one course to follow—we shall have to increase the number of judges from nine to 11, making sure that the two new ones are pledged to favourable action over our labour measures.’’
