ITALIAN FASCISTS MUST SALUTE
(Received January 8, 8.10 p.m.) ROME, January 7. Signor Achille Starace, head of the Italian fascist party, has issued an order bluntly warning members to give the fascist salute instead of shaking hands. He declares that those continuing to shake hands demonstrate a lack of fascist spirit.
