Prices for the two previous weeks are also shown.
Lamb Market—Quiet owing to usual Christmas demand for poultry and heavier meats. Wairangi new season’s lamb selling slowly 8d to Bld, ex hooks. Mutton Market—Wethers quiet; ewes, market steady and unchanged. Beef Market—Frozen beef market quiet and unchanged. Chilled beef, good trade at the better nrices. New Zealand Porker Pigs—Market steady and unchanged. New Zealand Baconer Pigs—Nominal.
