SKILLED WORKERS IN GERMANY
ORGANISATION FOR ANY EMERGENCY BERLIN, December 22. Germany has begun the organisation of skilled man-power against any emergency along more thorough lines than the shadow mobilisation of 1914. .Skilled workers are notified that on a certain day they must report for special service. It is expected that a further scheme will follow providing for men and women who are unfit for military service to replace the workers called to the colours.
