LUXEMBURG SEEKING GUARANTEE
PREMIER'S VISIT TO BRUSSELS LONDON, December 20. The Brussels correspondent of the "Observer" says that the Premier of Luxemburg (M. Joseph Bech) conferred with the Government. It is believed that he is anxious for closer political contact with Belgium, and also wishes to secure the extension of the British guarantee to Luxemburg. It is understood that France is prepared to include Luxemburg in the guarantee offered Belgium. The newspapers point out that Luxemburg provides an ideal line of passage for German troops attacking the Maginot line along the Belgian frontier.
