DEMOCRAT PARTY CASE SETTLED
ORGANISES WITHDRAWS CLAIM
(PUSS AiSOCUTJOU TBUtaSAM.) AUCKLAND, December 15.. A Democratic r*ty organiser s claim against the party leaders for the payr ment of salary was recalled in the Supreme Court to-day, when the plaintiff, H. C. Baulf, withdrew his appeal against the decision of the magistrate, Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M. Mr Justice Fair was informed by Mr H. J. Butler, counsel lor A. B. Davy, that the parties had come to an arrangement. Leave was accordingly granted to withdraw.
