SALVATION ARMY CONCERT
ANNIVERSARY ENDED AT NEW BRIGHTON
The New Brighton Corps of the Salvation Army concluded its tenth anniversary celebrations on Monday evening, with a concert given in the Salvation Army Hall, Seaview road, by a party from the Christchurch corps, under the leadership of Adjutant E. Thorne. After the concert, an anniversary cake was cut, and pieces sold by auction. Captain H. Manse Read, corps officer, thanked Adjutant Thorne and his party for their help in making the celebrations so successful.
