INVITES ALTERNATIVE TENDERS for the following:— (at The lease to 30th April. 1941. ot the dairy farm known as "Clover Farm." 2 Sparks road, Halswell. containing 66 acres 0 roods 11 perches, more particularly described in the Conditions of Tender; AND the purchase of the milk round of 100 gallons per day: AND the purchase of stock and plant at valuation as a going concern OR (b) The Lease of the farm above OR (c) The purchase of the milk round above. The farm comprises first-class pasture land of rich quality eminently suitable for dairying. It is conveniently situated less than 5 miles from the centre of the city and has all necessary buildings. The milk round is an old establisheo one of 100 gallons per day compactlysituated. Conditions of tender may be inspected and further particulars and forms of tender obtained at the Public Trust Office. Christchurch. A deposit of a half-year’s rent and or 5 per cent, of the purchase price of the milk round must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will net necessarily be accepted. Tenders close at 3 p.m. on the 18th December, 1936. at the Office of the District Public Trustee.
