MOSCOW ARRESTS
VIGOROUS PROTESTS FROM GERMANY e LONDON, November 13. The latest reports from Berlin state that the arrests at Moscow exceed 100. The German Government has vigorously protested to Moscow against the arrests of Germans. GUARDS AT BRITISH EMBASSY LONDON, November 13. Sir William Davison will ask the Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eden) in the House of Commons on Monday the reason why the Soviet has placed additional guards roftnd the British Embassy at Moscow, questioning all callers.
