DEFENDANT REMANDED
Robert Whitelaw appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday on a charge of disobedience of a maintenance order. Sub-Inspector D. A. Mac Lean said that a warrant for the arrest of the defendant had been issued in 1929. If bail were allowed, the police might not be able to find him again. The defendant was remanded until November 16. Mr E. C. Lewey, S.M., presided.
