WELLINGTON HOSPITAL £600,000 LOAN
♦ - CITY COUNCIL’S OBJECTION (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, November 13. Formal objection will be lodged by the City Council against the proposal to raise £600,000 for extending the Wellington Public Hospital. At a meeting of the council several councillors considered that insufficient information had been given concerning the project, and it was decided to send a deputation to seek a fuller explanation of its plans from the Hospital Board.
