DRIVER SENTENCED FOR FATAL NEGLIGENCE
IMPRISONMENT WITH HARD LABOUR (FSXSS iESCCUTIOK TILKOBAU.) INVERCARGILL, November 11. Charles Michael Hughes, who was found guilty of negligent driving, cans-
ing death, was sentenced by Mr Justice Kennedy to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour. His license was cancelled and he was disqualified from holding a driver’s license for three years.
