Government New Zealand Government, 4 per cent. Stock, due 1937, was firmer at £IOO 15s, market closing £IOO 12s 6d buyers. £lOl sellers. A late sale of Commercial Eank ol Australia on Tuesday was reported at 18s lid—buyers yesterday offered 16s Bd, but sellers wanted 18s lOd. National Bank of Australasia, £5 paid, cum dividend, were dealt in at £7 7s 3d and £7 7s (id, and more were offered at the higher price, buyers at £7 7s. A late sale ol National Bank of New Zealand on Tuesday was reported at 62s 9d. Buyers of oank of New South Wales raised their bids 1 to £35 10s, but sellers wanted £36. Bank of New Zealand, cum dividend, j remained unaltered with sellers ana business at 41s fid, buyers at 41s. Buyers of Union Banks raised their aids to £9 14s. without attracting sellers. National Insurance, cum dividend, were firmer at 13s 10d, and more were offered at that figure, buyers at ISs Bd. Dalgely and Company rose to £9 10s, the market closing firmer with buyers at £9 12s 6d, sellers at £9 17s 6d. New Zealand Refrigerating. 10s paid, were steady, with sellers and dealings at 9s 3d, buyers Id below. Mount Lyells, on an active market, were easier, with dealings at prices ranging from 36s 6d to 36s 2d, and there were further sellers at the lowest price, buyers Id below. Mount Morgans remained unaltered with sellers and business at 14s 1 Id, buyers at 14s lOd. Rawang Tins were firm at Us. and more were offered at that figure, buyers at 10s 6d.
