AIR RAID DRILL IN PARIS
LIGHTS TO BE PUT OUT AND TRAFFIC TO CEASE

PARIS, October 6
Complete air raid drill will be held on October 16. Sirens will give the warning for lights to be put out and for the cessation of traffic. Thirty thousand landlords have been circularised, advising them of the nearest air raid shelters for tenants.
