WELLINGTON, October 6. The hearing, of the case, Clemow versus the Guardian Trust, was concluded in the Court of Appeal to-ddjr. In considering the nature and volume of the correspondence by the deceased, Mr Henry, counsel for .the respondents, submitted that up to February 8, 1935, the whole of the letters and memoranda written by James Joseph Burt Veale were rational and reasonable, in view of the magnitude of his estate and the matters of which he desired his solicitor to'take full control, also in view of the various persons in whose affairs Veale was concerned. The court reserved its decision.
