PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the New Brighton Borough Council held in the Council Chambers, New Brighton, at 7.25 p.m. On Monday, the 21st day of September, 1936, a Resolution was adopted to amend the New Brighton By-law No. 1, 1917. The objects and purpose of the proposed amendment to the existing Bylaw are to amend Sections 2 and 54 relating to Hawkers. And it is further publicly notified that the said resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the New Brighton Borough Council, to be held at the Council Chambers oh Monday, the 19th day of October, 1936,. at 8 p.m, for confirmation as a Special Order, and that a copy-of the proposed Bylaw is deposited, at the office of the New Brighton - Borough Council, Hawke street, New , Brighton, and 'is open for inspection during office hours until the said I'Kth day of October, 1936.
