DICKENS FELLOWSHIP
dramatic evening held A large gathering of members and visitors assembled in the Training College Hall on Saturday evening for the annual dramatic evening of the Dickens Fellowship. Mr T. H. Williams, the president, presided and welcomed th ■* visitors, and a talk on the origin of "the Pickwick Papers was given by Mr A. E. Caddick. 1 Scenes and character sketches from Dickens’s works were presented by members of Form 4A of the Boys’ High School, and pupils of Mrs Enid,Frye Miss Lucy Cowan and her pupils, and members Of the fellowship, assisted by Maurice Ford, and Alec Rennie. . A variety stall was conducted by Miss Bellamy and Miss Harding. The president, in an address, referred to the increase in the membership of the fellowship and thanked the performers for the •entertainment*
