VITAL DOCUMENTS LOST
DELAY IN PALESTINE MEASURES EXPLAINED (Received October 3, 1 am.) LONDON, October 2. The delay in enforcing the stricter measures in Palestine is stated to be because the authorising order 4 in council and another vital dotmmeht were lost in the Boadicea, the aeroplane which disappeared between Croydon and Paris on September 25. The texts are being forwarded by cablegram. •
