SERVICE FROM SOUTHAMPTON TO BRAZIL csjiiTisa crnciii wibelbss.j RUGBY, S ptember 30. The Royal Mail lines have decided to iiwite tenders for a fast mail and * passenger vessel for an express service from Southampton to Brazil and the Argentine. The company has also contracted with Harland and Wolff, of Belfast and Glasgow, for a fast refrigerated cargo liner for the Pacific trade.
