MR JORDAN NEARING LONDON
WELCOME AT WATERLOO ARRANGED (Received’August 21, 1,15 a.m.) LONDON, August 20. Mr W. J. Jordan (High Commissioner designate) will arrive in London to-morrow. He is on the Empress of Britain. The vessel was delayed by fogs and will dock at Southampton to-night. It is expected that at least 100 New Zealanders will greet Mr Jordan at Waterloo. One of his first official duties will be to represent New Zealand with Sir James Parr as codelegate at the League Assembly in September.
